Objectives

Narrative objectives1

The aim of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of using a hand cream containing sake lees powder derived from Himeiku 83 in preparation for future studies examining its moisturizing effects. Specifically, this study will assess whether the product can be used safely, whether it is suitable for medium- to long-term use, and whether it provides the basic moisturizing effects expected of a hand cream. The findings of this study are expected to provide fundamental data for the utilization of regional resources in Ehime Prefecture.
