The purpose of this study is to conduct an online program on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) for elementary school teachers and to evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing well-being, by comparison with the group without intervention.

Over the course of 5 weeks, participants will participate in 60 minutes synchronous online program once a week, 5 times in total. The program covers basic knowledge and individual work about Social Emotional Learning, practice of active listening and mindfulness.
