This is an observational study of community residents who wish to participate in fitness measurements held at an annual university festival and at community fitness assessment events for older adults in spring and autumn. Blood pressure and pulse rate are checked before measurement, and all measurements are supervised by physical therapists with attention to fall prevention. Participants receive a results sheet. Because some individuals participate repeatedly, the target sample size refers to the total number of measurements. This study extends the period of a previous protocol (approval No. 23-015) and adds body composition measurement and a new measurement site.
