2) Individuals affiliated with the research institution
1. Individuals with a history of hypertension or cardiovascular disease
2. Individuals who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
3. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
4. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
5. Individuals who have been diagnosed with an orthopedic disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
6. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a metabolic disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
7. Individuals who habitually consume excessive amounts of alcohol

11. Individuals with markedly irregular sleep-wake rhythms due to night-shift work or other circumstances
12. Individuals with allergies to any foods contained in the standardized meals, including eggs, milk, wheat, beef, sesame, mackerel, soybeans, chicken, pork, bananas, apples, gelatin, almonds, or fish sauce
13. Individuals who are unable to install the application used for heart rate variability measurement or who do not agree to use the application
14. Individuals with an allergy to synthetic resins
