Included studies that meet the following framework(PCC).
(P) Population: Studies conducted with nurses
(C) Concept: studies on factors affecting professional identity
(C) Context: studies on factors influencing professional identity of nurses in high-income countries classified by World Bank categories
Key exclusion criteria
Exclude studies that meet the following criteria.
1) Including students among the participants
2) Including non-nursing occupations in the target population
3) Specific population,such as by position or gender
4) 9 or fewer participants
5) Studies conducted outside of high-income countries classified by World Bank categories

This study is a scoping review conducted in accordance with the JBI Scoping Review Methodology and PRISMA-ScR. The protocol was finalized on July 30, 2026. Literature searches were conducted prior to UMIN registration, and study screening will begin after registration.
