The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate the effect of a support platform on muscle activity during rising from the floor.

Male and Female
1. Healthy adults aged 18 years or older and under 50 years who understand Japanese.
2. Individuals from whom written informed consent can be obtained of their own free will.
1. Individuals who have difficulty assuming the postures or performing the movements required in the experiment because of muscle weakness, limited joint range of motion, or similar problems.
2. Individuals who experience pain when assuming the postures or performing the movements required in the experiment.
3. Individuals with a body mass index below 18.5 or above 30.
4. Individuals shorter than 145 cm or 185 cm or taller, because motion analysis within a single camera frame becomes difficult.
5. Individuals with a health condition that makes electrode attachment inappropriate, such as allergy to metal or to alcohol.
6. Any other individual judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as a participant.
