Key inclusion criteria

1. Individuals aged 20 to 65 years who do not meet any of the exclusion criteria.
2. Individuals who understand the informed consent information and are able to provide voluntary written consent.

Key exclusion criteria

1.Individuals with a history of serious diseases related to the brain, nervous system, cardiovascular system, or other severe conditions, or those currently undergoing treatment, including those taking prescribed medication.
2. Individuals with a history of seizures (such as loss of consciousness, coma, or convulsions) due to neurological disorders.
3. Individuals currently suffering from peptic ulcers (such as gastric ulcers).
4.Individuals who have difficulty performing essential evaluation items in this study due to hearing or visual impairments.
5. Individuals who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
6. Individuals with food allergies.
7. Individuals who consumed functional beverages three or more times per week within one monthprior to providing informed consent.
8. Individuals who are currently participating in another clinical study or who participated in another interventional clinical study within one month prior to providing informed consent.
9.Individuals judged as inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator.
