Interventions/Control_1

Participants consume the test foods 1 in a hot environment. After 30 minutes of sitting rest, in a hot environment, participants perform cycling exercise at 60% of their maximal oxygen uptake in a hot environment until their core temperature reach at 38 degrees Celsius or perform cycling exercise up to 45 min. The primary and secondary outcomes are evaluated over the experimental period.

Interventions/Control_2

Participants consume the test foods 2 in a hot environment.
