Emergency nurses
Nurses with at least 5 years of experience working in an emergency care department, such as an emergency and critical care center
Individuals who have received an explanation of the study and provided written informed consent
Emergency department managers and nursing education personnel
Nurse managers in emergency care departments or nursing personnel involved in education within the nursing department
Individuals who have received an explanation of the study and provided written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
Individuals for whom participation in the study may increase psychological distress
Individuals who have difficulty sufficiently understanding the study or providing informed consent
