Key inclusion criteria
Fourth-year nursing students at Hokkaido University of Science who have prior learning experience in chest compression techniques and who provide written informed consent to participate in the study of their own free will after receiving an explanation of the study.
Key exclusion criteria
Students who are medically restricted from physical activity; those who have pain or impairment in the upper limbs, wrists, elbows, shoulders, lower back, or other relevant body regions; those who are in poor physical condition on the day of the study; and those whom the principal investigator determines cannot safely participate.
