Male and Female
1.Individuals aged 18 or higher and less than 27 years old.
2.Individuals who are ability to perform resistance training trial.
3.Individuals who have providec prior infomed consent.
1.Individuals diagnosed with medical conditions for which exercise is absolutely contraindicated.
2.Individuals with metabolic, respiratory, cardiovascular, or coagulation disorders, or those who have been advised by a physician to avoid high-intensity exercise.
3.Individuals with orthopedic conditions affecting the lower extremities that may interfere with resistance exercise.
4.Individuals currently taking medication or habitually consuming dietary supplements.
5.Individuals with allergies to the test food (including soybeans, hops, hop-derived products, or any other ingredients contained in the test food).
6.Individuals with irregular menstrual cycles or those using oral contraceptives.
7.Individuals who are pregnant, may be pregnant, are planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
8.Individuals for whom study measurements may be difficult to perform (including women with irregular menstrual cycles).
