Narrative objectives1
This study compares post-viewing evaluations of videos introducing either a conventional weight management-focused nutrition education program or a weight-neutral nutrition education program among young working women randomly assigned to one of the two groups. Participants who wish to take part in the experience program will receive a brief experience program corresponding to their assigned group, and their evaluations after the program and practice status one week later will be assessed. The study also aims to clarify acceptability and practice status according to participant characteristics, and to obtain findings that may inform the targeting of nutrition education programs.

Participants view an introductory video for a conventional nutrition education program focusing on weight management. Those who wish to participate in the experience program receive a brief experience program corresponding to the conventional program.
