Narrative objectives1
The purpose of this study is to develop an advance care planning (ACP) education program for adult children with elderly parents, aiming to help them overcome the barriers they perceive in carrying out ACP with their parents and to enhance their behavioral intention to engage in ACP together with their parents.

RACP Scale (28 items): baseline and immediately after the intervention
Key secondary outcomes
Items related to the factors determining behavioral intention toward ACP with elderly parents (attitude, subjective norms, perceived control) (8 items): baseline and immediately after the intervention
Item assessing behavioral intention toward ACP with elderly parents (1 item): baseline and immediately after the intervention
Items assessing understanding of the lecture content (3 items): immediately after the intervention
Item and free-text response assessing the influence of participant interaction and group dynamics on individual participants: immediately after the intervention
Content of participants' statements during group discussions (understanding of ACP knowledge, recognition of the importance of ACP with elderly parents, and understanding of actions and communication strategies for conducting ACP with parents)
