Hold a valid nursing license (registered nurse)
Have at least one year of clinical experience
Have clinical experience in pediatric nursing
Provide informed consent to participate in the study

Key exclusion criteria

Do not hold a nursing license
Have less than one year of clinical experience
Have no clinical experience in pediatric nursing
Are considered likely to experience significant psychological burden from participation in the study
