Changes in oral health awareness and behavior assessed by questionnaire (before the program, and at 1, 3, and 6 months after): Self-care behavior (tooth brushing habits, etc.), Periodontal disease risk level (9-level assessment by SmileScan), Oral health status, Presenteeism (impact on work performance)

Key inclusion criteria
1. Individuals who are members of a specific local government employees' mutual aid association branch who are 30, 35, 45, 55, or 65 years old.
2. Individuals who own a smartphone and are capable of using the application
3. Individuals who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study

1. Individuals deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator
