3. Individuals who have received an explanation of the study and provided consent to participate
4. Individuals who are able to respond to the online form in Japanese
Key exclusion criteria
1. Individuals who have difficulty understanding the study content
2. Individuals who have difficulty responding in Japanese
3. Individuals with substantial missing responses
