Force-oriented warm-up: after a 5-minute general warm-up, participants perform back squats at 85-90% 1RM, 2 repetitions for 2 sets.
Velocity-oriented warm-up: after a 5-minute general warm-up, participants perform band-assisted jumps with 30% body-weight assistance, 5 repetitions for 3 sets.
General warm-up control condition: participants perform a 5-minute general warm-up.

18 years-old <=

Key inclusion criteria

Healthy male athletes aged 18-39 years
Able to provide written informed consent
Perform resistance training at least once per week

Key exclusion criteria

Lower extremity or spinal injury within the previous 6 months
History of lower extremity or spinal surgery
Pain during squat or jump tasks
