Participants will perform standing trunk rotation and batting movements with taping applied to the stride-leg hip to restrict hip internal rotation.

Key inclusion criteria

Participants must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Able to understand the study and provide voluntary informed consent. 2. Have at least 5 years of baseball experience.

Key exclusion criteria

Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. Restriction of batting movements due to pain or injury of the lower limb, spine, or upper limb within the past 6 months. 2. History of surgery of the lower limb, spine, or upper limb. 3. Pain during standing trunk rotation or batting movements. 4. Skin symptoms caused by tape or adhesives.
