Male and Female
1, Male and female infants aged 2 to 10 weeks who have skin problems such as infantile eczema and visit the outpatient clinic.
2, Those whose guardians have received an explanation of the study, are able to understand its contents, and can provide written consent.
1, Those with a history of serious illness.
2, Those who have taken or applied antibiotics within one month prior to obtaining consent.
3, Those who have treated eczema with medications other than moisturizers, such as steroids, before participating in the study.
4, Those who are deemed ineligible by the study representative or principal investigator.

Research design: Cohort Study (Exploratory)
Recruitment method: The physician in charge at the cooperating institutions will explain the study to the guardians of patients who have been diagnosed with skin problems and obtain their consent. Those whose guardians have voluntarily agreed to participate in the study, who meet the inclusion criteria and do not meet the exclusion criteria, will be enrolled in the study.
