Electronic searches will be conducted on PubMed, and search for literature related to nursing practice, nurse leadership or nurse-facilitated co-creative processes within healthcare settings. Title and abstract screening is independently conducted by two authors to assess conceptual relevance. Full-text review is subsequently undertaken by all four authors.
Screening decisions are guided by two primary exclusion categories: lack of substantive co-creation relevance and lack of meaningful nursing involvement. Disagreements regarding inclusion or analytic classification are addressed through structured meetings until consensus is reached.
