1. Measured value of abdominal visceral fat area at 12 weeks after intervention (12w)
Key secondary outcomes
1. Change and percentage change in abdominal visceral fat area from screening to 12w
2. Measured values of total abdominal fat area and abdominal subcutaneous fat area at 12w, and their change and percentage change from screening
3. Measured values of body weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, lean body mass, fat mass (whole body, right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm, and trunk), muscle mass (whole body, right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm, and trunk), and waist circumference at 12w, and their change and percentage change from screening
4. Measured values of acetic acid, propionic acid, succinic acid, lactic acid, iso-butyric acid, iso-valeric acid, n-butyric acid, n-valeric acid, and formic acid at 12w, and their change and percentage change from screening
5. Individuals who experienced adverse events
6. Individuals whose urinalysis and peripheral blood test values were within the reference range at screening but became outside the reference range after intervention

1. Japanese
2. Men or women
3. Adults
4. Healthy individuals
5. Individuals whose BMI is >= 23 kg/m2 and < 30 kg/m2 at screening
Key exclusion criteria
1. Individuals who are receiving treatment for or have a history of malignant tumors, heart failure, or myocardial infarction
2. Individuals who have an implanted pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator
3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases
4. Individuals who consume Foods for Specified Health Uses or Foods with Functional Claims
5. Individuals who are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements
6. Individuals who are allergic to medications or foods related to the test product
7. Individuals who have irregular lifestyles (such as diet, exercise, and sleep)
8. Individuals who have irregular sleeping time or habit due to work such as a late-night shift
9. Individuals whose lifestyle may change during this study period (e.g., due to long-term travel, work transfer, or changes in exercise habits)
10. Individuals who smoke >= 21 cigarettes per day
11. Individuals who consume excessive alcohol (average daily amount of 60 g or more)
12. Individuals who are pregnant, lactating, or planning pregnancy during this study
13. Individuals who are deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator
