It is expected that care managers, by identifying clients and their families who may have Mild Cognitive Impairment or mild dementia and raising awareness about the condition and encouraging them to seek medical evaluation, will be able to increase the number of people who receive an early diagnosis.

Care managers (home care managers) employed by a home care support office, a community comprehensive support center, or a small-scale multifunctional home care service at the time the survey was conducted
Key exclusion criteria
Individuals who are not care managers, or who are not home care managers
