The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of knee hyperextension on lower limb joint kinematics and muscle activity during running, and to examine the influence of running speed on these variables.

Participants without knee hyperextension perform treadmill running at 40%, 50%, and 60% of maximal running speed, and joint kinematics and muscle activity are recorded.

Key inclusion criteria

1. Male and female participants aged between 18 and 30 years at the time of consent
2. Individuals without lower limb injury, pain, or neurological disorders at the time of consent
3. Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate in the study

Key exclusion criteria

1. Individuals with a history of fracture or surgery involving the lower limbs including the knee joint
2. Individuals who have experienced lower limb injury or severe pain within the past 6 months
