This is a scoping review of literature examining the relationship between professional identity and mental health among healthcare professionals. The review was conducted in accordance with the JBI scoping review methodology and PRISMA-ScR guidelines. The database search was conducted on December 12, 2025 using PubMed, CINAHL, and PsycINFO.
