The objective is to conduct a one-month program of short-duration lower back pain exercises during morning meetings to determine their effect on improving lower back pain among nursing staff. Another objective is to examine the effectiveness of the intervention by categorizing participants into different types of lower back pain-flexion-type, extension-type, and no lower back pain-based on pre-intervention assessments.

Flexion-type low back pain group: Trunk extension exercises, marching in place while performing core engagement exercises
Extension-type low back pain group: Trunk flexion exercises, hip extension exercises while performing core engagement exercises
No low back pain group: Free to choose between the flexion-type and extension-type low back pain groups
