This study will target medical students whose organ donation intentions are unknown, group them based on their prior knowledge of organ transplantation, and compare the effects of watching videos on organ transplantation on their interest in the subject, decision-making, and expression of intent, with the aim of exploring effective methods for public awareness and education.

Based on the results of a basic knowledge test on organ transplantation administered before the video viewing, participants were divided into a high-knowledge group and a low-knowledge group; the high-knowledge group was shown Video 1.

Based on the results of a basic knowledge test on organ transplantation administered before the video was shown, participants were divided into a high-knowledge group and a low-knowledge group; the low-knowledge group watched Video 1.

Key inclusion criteria
1. Students enrolled in the School of Medicine, School of Medical Sciences, or School of Health Sciences at Fujita Health University as of April 2026.
2. Persons whose wishes regarding organ donation are unknown.
3. Individuals who have received a full explanation regarding participation in this study, have fully understood the details, and have provided written consent of their own free will.

People who have already decided whether or not to donate their organs.
