Interventions/Control_1

Normal bridge group: Participants perform normal bridge exercise at home three times per week for 6 weeks. From the supine position with approximately 120 degrees of knee flexion and 50 degrees of hip flexion, participants raise the pelvis and extend the hips until the shoulder and knee are aligned. One set is performed to RIR 2 to 3, with 1 minute of rest between sets, for a total of 3 sets.

Interventions/Control_2

Single-leg wall squat group: Participants perform single-leg wall squat exercise at home three times per week for 6 weeks. Participants stand on one leg with their back against a wall and perform knee flexion and extension squats. One set is performed to RIR 2 to 3, with 1 minute of rest between sets, for a total of 3 sets.
