The psychological effects of professional advice by cosmetology specialists using specialized cover foundation in patients with vitiligo were investigated.
Efficacy
The Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) will be used to evaluate improvements in quality of life associated with camouflage makeup.
Assessments will be conducted before the intervention and after two weeks of continued use at home.

| Maneuver |
Participants will receive camouflage makeup application and instruction from trained cosmetology specialists using a dedicated cover foundation. Based on this guidance, they will perform self-application in daily life and continue use at home for two weeks.

Disease/site: Vitiligo affecting exposed areas (face, neck, and hands)
Age: 15 years or older; for participants under 18 years of age, parental consent is required
Sex: No restriction
Patients who have provided written informed consent to participate in the study and who attended a dermatology vitiligo clinic seeking camouflage makeup
History of allergy to cosmetics or presence of allergic reactions
Patients scheduled to undergo additional surgery
Patients who are objectively judged to lack the capacity to provide informed consent
