Written informed consent obtained

Anatomical difficulty for the procedure

This is a single-center prospective observational study. Patients with localized pancreatic duct stricture are enrolled, and pancreatic duct brushing cytology with ROSE is performed as part of routine clinical practice, followed by SPACE using ENPD. Diagnostic performance of ROSE-assisted brushing cytology, SPACE, and their combination are evaluated within the same patients.
