Individuals with no history of shoulder or elbow surgery, no shoulder or elbow pain or upper limb muscle pain at the time of measurement, and no cold allergy.
Individuals with a history of shoulder or elbow surgery, those experiencing shoulder or elbow pain or upper limb muscle pain during measurement, or those with cold allergies.
