Primary outcomes
Over a six-month training period, changes in lower limb muscle strength, agility, endurance, cognitive ability, and blood tests for diabetes and hyperlipidemia will be assessed.

Healthy people whose jobs involve desk work and who don't get enough exercise
Key exclusion criteria
People with bone and joint diseases or heart conditions that limit their exercise.
