This study aims to investigate the awareness and behaviors related to oral health among residents aged 20 years and older in four towns in the Osaki region of Miyagi Prefecture, to identify regional characteristics and issues, and to examine the extent to which oral health promotion initiatives implemented by MISATO town have spread within the region.
