This study aims to clarify the association between perioperative serum creatinine changes (from preoperative to postoperative day 4) and renal function deterioration at 2 weeks, 1 month, as well as 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI).

Primary outcomes
Decline in eGFR at 2 weeks and 1 month postoperatively
Relative change from preoperative baseline
eGFR decline 10% or 20%
Secondary outcomes
Decline in eGFR at 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years postoperatively
Progression of CKD stage
Association with AKI diagnosed according to KDIGO criteria
Evaluation of the perioperative serum creatinine change period affecting mid- to long-term renal function
