To verify whether a personalized intervention implementable in daily life can reduce sedentary behavior in community-dwelling care-dependent older adults.
Efficacy
Changes in total sitting time, continuous sitting time (sitting bouts), and the number of breaks in sitting from baseline to 3 months, measured by an accelerometer (HJA-750C).

In addition to usual home-visit or day-care rehabilitation, participants will receive a 3-month intervention including specific behavior setting to reduce sitting time based on a visualized daily activity timetable, daily recording, weekly feedback, and monthly re-evaluation of physical activity.

Male and Female
1,Individuals without the need for acute medical treatment or management, and who are not receiving end-of-life care.
2,Individuals or their primary caregivers who can appropriately manage the physical activity monitor.
3,Individuals with no or mild cognitive impairment (an MMSE score of 20 or higher)
4,Individuals capable of basic mobility and indoor walking at baseline (a Motor FIM score of 5 or higher)
1,Unsettled environmental adjustments such as welfare equipment
2,Currently receiving measurement and feedback/guidance on physical activity
