The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of a Web-based experiential learning program that equips community members with the capacity to support cancer survivors facing psychosocial difficulties.

No personal history of cancer.
No family members living in the same household with a history of cancer.
Not a healthcare professional.
Not a healthcare or social care professional
Capable of completing questionnaires via Google Forms.
Able to participate in the 5-week web-based program (once a week for 5 sessions).
Self-assessed as being in a physical and mental condition stable enough to participate in the study.
Provided informed consent to participate in this study, either electronically or in writing.
Individuals currently receiving treatment for mental health conditions who have not obtained permission from their attending physician to participate.
Individuals who have previously received professional training in psychosocial support.
Individuals with an unstable internet connection that hinders participation in the web-based program or completion of surveys.
Individuals otherwise deemed unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator.
