Single 10-minute balance training session
The control group rested for 10 minutes without any intervention.

Female
Included 32 female volleyball players from junior high and high school teams. The inclusion criteria were (1) participation in club activities without any restrictions, (2) no history of psychiatric disorders, (3) no history of neurological disorders, (4) no history of lower limb orthopedic surgery within 1 year before the assessment, and (5) no history of lower limb injury requiring absence from sports participation for >2 weeks within the last 6 months.
Individuals with lower limb pain during participation in sports were excluded from this study.

The intervention group showed a significant decrease in the CP after the intervention (p < 0.05). Additionally, reach distances in the PM and PL directions significantly in-creased (p < 0.01). No significant changes were observed in the control group.
