Key inclusion criteria
Middle-aged and older men and women aged 50-80 years who did not meet any of the exclusion criteria will be selected.
Key exclusion criteria
1) Subjects with serious illnesses that contraindicate stretching exercise (cardiovascular disease, renal failure, severe obesity, orthopedic disorders, etc.)
2) Subjects who are visiting a hospital or taking medication for psychiatric disorders such as depression
3) Subjects with a pacemaker
4) Subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator or research staff
