To evaluate the usefulness and feasibility of the educational content by providing the e-learning-based educational program to nursing professionals engaged in municipal health services and examining changes in knowledge, skills, attitudes, practice, and self-efficacy related to physical assessment and health guidance.

Pre- and post-survey: Physical assessment and health guidance practice related to developmental dysplasia of the hip (Period: immediately before the e-learning-based educational program and 1-3 months after completion)
Key secondary outcomes
Knowledge, skills, attitudes, and self-efficacy related to physical assessment and health guidance for developmental dysplasia of the hip.
Subjective evaluation of the usefulness and feasibility of the e-learning-based educational program.

1 Individuals who hold a national license as a public health nurse, midwife, or nurse.
2 Individuals who wish to participate in the educational program.
Key exclusion criteria
Individuals who have been diagnosed with depression or other mental health disorders at the time of recruitment.
