NO
To clarify the associations between visually assessed facial sagging scores and quantitative parameters of the skin surface and internal structures, including the dermis, subcutaneous fat, and muscles.
Others
To exploratorily evaluate the usefulness of facial skin condition assessment methods using bioelectrical impedance analysis, skin pressure sensors and image analysis.
Exploratory
Visual assessment score of facial sagging based on facial images
- Stratum corneum hydration
- Transepidermal water loss (TEWL)
- Skin viscoelasticity
- Melanin index
- erythema index
- Skin color
- Dermal collagen score and dermal thickness
- Skin image analysis parameters
- Nasolabial fold parameters
- Ultrasonographic parameters
- Skin glycation level
- Body composition
- Facial photographic assessment
- Bioelectrical impedance values
- Pressure sensor values
- Questionnaire-based assessments
