This study will be conducted retrospectively using medical record data from home-based rehabilitation for Parkinson's disease patients who have continued home-based rehabilitation for six months or more. Survey items will include Hoehen & Yahr stage, activities of daily living (Barthel Index), type of occupation providing home-based rehabilitation, amount of service provided, content of service provided, and use of other services.
