The objective of this study is to develop a digital tool, the "Inclusive Support System (ISS)," to dynamically assess and support the subjective states of members of the University of Tokyo in order to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the university, and to evaluate its feasibility and usefulness.

The objective of this study is to analyze unmet needs related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)-including reported difficulties and requests for accommodations-identified through the use of the Inclusive Support System (ISS), and to provide this information to the DEI research division in order to inform research priorities and facilitate subsequent research and development activities.

Research participants will enter assessment data via the Inclusive Support System (ISS) every three months and will use the system for one year. After one year, a questionnaire survey will be conducted to evaluate the usefulness of the ISS and identify areas for improvement. The study office and the Barrier-Free Promotion Office will monitor data entry status and, as needed, contact participants and recommend consultation with the Barrier-Free Promotion Office or the Academic Affairs Division.

1) Members of the University of Tokyo with disabilities (e.g., developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, hearing impairments, visual impairments, physical disabilities, or internal disabilities) who seek consultation services through the Barrier-Free Promotion Office.

2) Written informed consent has been obtained.
