To examine the reliability and validity of the Japanese version of the Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire among occupational therapists in Japan.

Data will be collected anonymously using a self-administered questionnaire.
The study protocol has been approved by the institutional ethics committee, and informed consent will be obtained electronically from all participants.
The results of the study will be presented at academic conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.

Licensed occupational therapists currently engaged in clinical practice in Japan
Occupational therapists with at least one year of clinical experience
Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate voluntarily
Key exclusion criteria
Occupational therapists who are not currently engaged in clinical practice
Participants who withdraw their consent to participate
