A microcurrent with an intensity of 40microampere and a frequency of 0.9pps was applied to the whole body for 10 minutes.

Key inclusion criteria

Healthy individuals aged 18 years or older, with no regular exercise habits, no history of major surgery involving the whole body, and no serious orthopedic conditions, who provided informed consent to participate in the study.

Key exclusion criteria

Individuals with a history of surgery
Individuals with implanted electronic medical devices, such as pacemakers.
Contraindicated for microcurrent therapy.
