本研究の目的は、日本めまい平衡学会の診断基準においてメニエール病と確定診断された患者を対象に、スマートリングから取得される連続生体データとめまい発作イベントとの関連を前向きに評価し、めまい発作に先行して出現する生理学的変化の特徴を明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study is to prospectively evaluate the association between continuous physiological data obtained from a smart ring and vertigo attack events in patients with definite Meniere disease diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of the Japan Society for Equilibrium Research. This study also aims to identify physiological changes that precede vertigo attacks.

めまい発作前日、めまい発作当日、ならびにめまい発作が消失した寛解日の3時点における、スマートリング由来生体指標の差、聴力検査などを比較する。

We will compare differences in biometric indicators derived from the smart ring and hearing test results at three time points: the day before the dizziness episode, the day of the dizziness episode, and the day of remission when the dizziness episode subsided.

1. 日本めまい平衡学会の診断基準においてメニエール病と確定診断された患者
2. 年齢20歳以上の成人
3. 研究の内容について十分な説明を受け、文書による同意が得られた者
4. スマートリングの装着および日常生活下での継続的なデータ取得が可能な者
5. めまい発作の記録、めまい日誌等、および質問票への回答が可能な者

1. Patients diagnosed with definite Meniere disease according to the diagnostic criteria of the Japan Society for Equilibrium Research
2. Adults aged 20 years or older
3. Patients who have received sufficient explanation about the study and provided written informed consent
4. Patients who are able to wear the smart ring and continuously collect physiological data in daily life
5. Patients who are able to record vertigo attacks using a vertigo diary and complete questionnaires
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. スマートリングの装着または継続使用が困難な者、皮膚疾患、装着部位の異常等を含む
2. めまい発作の記録、めまい日誌等、または質問票への回答が困難な者
3. 重篤な精神疾患または認知機能障害により、研究内容の理解および同意取得が困難な者
4. その他、研究責任者または研究分担医師が本研究への参加を不適当と判断した者

1. Patients who have difficulty wearing or continuously using the smart ring, including those with skin disease or abnormality at the wearing site
2. Patients who have difficulty recording vertigo attacks using a vertigo diary or completing questionnaires
3. Patients with severe psychiatric disease or cognitive impairment that makes it difficult to understand the study or obtain informed consent
