麻酔科医に対して、1-2時間のインタビューを行い、学術活動（学会発表や論文執筆、研究）についてどのような思いを持っているか調査する。
インタビューの解答に出てきた単語をカテゴリー化して、麻酔科医が学術活動に対して持っている思いを図によって可視化する。

Conduct 1-2 hour interviews with anesthesiologists to investigate their attitudes toward academic activities (such as conference presentations, paper writing, and research).
Categorize the words that emerge from the interview responses and visualize anesthesiologists' attitudes toward academic activities through a diagram.

インタビューの内容は個人が識別できない状態に加工して処理する。インタビューの解答に出てきた単語をカテゴリー化して、麻酔科医が学術活動に対して持っている思いを図によって可視化する。

Interview content will be processed to ensure individuals cannot be identified. Words emerging from interview responses will be categorized, and the attitudes anesthesiologists hold toward academic activities will be visualized through diagrams.
