本研究の目的は、VRを用いたモリス水迷路を用いて、めまい患者における空間認知機能の評価を行い、前庭機能と脳高次機能がどのように相関するかを検討することである。

The aim of this study is to evaluate spatial cognitive function in patients with vertigo using a virtual reality (VR)-based Morris water maze and to examine how vestibular function correlates with higher-order brain functions.

めまい群
・めまい症状で富山大学耳鼻咽喉科を受診した患者
・精密平衡機能検査実施可能な患者
対照群
・めまい症状のない方で、医師が適当と判断した方

Vertigo group
Patients who visited the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, University of Toyama, with symptoms of vertigo
Patients who are able to undergo detailed vestibular function testing
Control group
Individuals without symptoms of vertigo who are deemed suitable by an otorhinolaryngologist
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・認知症の診断がされている方
・認知機能検査ができない方
・MRIで脳神経疾患がある方
・精神疾患などで認知機能に影響を及ぼす疾患がある、認知機能に影響を及ぼす治療をされている方
・その他担当医が不適切と判断した者

Individuals diagnosed with dementia
Individuals who are unable to undergo cognitive function testing
Individuals with neurological disorders identified on MRI
Individuals with psychiatric disorders or other conditions that may affect cognitive function, or those receiving treatments that may influence cognitive function
Individuals deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the attending otorhinolaryngologist
