目的/Objectives

本研究では、運動能力、身体機能、腎機能、代謝パラメータを評価する加速度計を用いた理学療法士による個別化運動指導の影響を評価した。この方法は、DKDに対するより効果的な運動介入戦略の開発に役立ち、最終的に臨床転帰を改善することが期待される。

This study evaluated the impact of individualized exercise guidance provided by a physiotherapist using accelerometer-based devices to assess exercise capacity, physical function, renal outcomes, and metabolic parameters. The presented method is expected to aid in the development of more effective exercise intervention strategies for DKD, ultimately improving clinical outcomes.

獨協医科大学日光医療センター外来通院中のDKD患者

DKD patients attending Dokkyo Medical University Nikko Medical Centre as outpatients.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)血液透析を継続している、(2)過去3ヵ月以内に急性冠症候群または脳卒中を発症している、(3)インフォームドコンセントを提供できない、(4)現行の心臓リハビリテーションガイドラインに規定されているその他の運動禁忌。

(1) ongoing hemodialysis, (2) acute coronary syndrome or stroke within the preceding 3 months, (3) inability to provide informed consent, and (4) any other contraindications to exercise as specified in current cardiac rehabilitation guidelines.
