本研究の目的は，録画再生とリアルタイムの 2 面投影による小児患者のストレス軽減効果を比較検証するとともに，リアルタイム 2 面投影が社会的交流を促すツールとなり得るかを検討する．

The purpose of this study is to compare and evaluate the stress-reducing effects of recorded playback versus real-time two-screen projection in pediatric patients, and to examine whether real-time two-screen projection can serve as a tool to promote social interaction.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

本研究の評価指標は，録画再生およびリアルタイム2面投影の視聴前後に測定した唾液αアミラーゼ活性とKOKOROスケールの変化である。また，評価指標には，行動観察における投影画面の注視時間，自発的な呼びかけ，手を振って笑顔で応じるなどの言語・非言語的コミュニケーションの頻度，発言回数，その内容を含める．

The outcome measures of this study were changes in salivary alpha-amylase activity and KOKORO scale scores measured before and after viewing recorded playback and real-time two-screen projection. The outcome measures also included, based on behavioral observation, the duration of gaze at the projection screen, the frequency of verbal and nonverbal communication such as spontaneous verbal initiations and waving with a smile, the number of verbal utterances, and their content.

暗算または迷路課題を行った後に唾液採取とKOKOROスケール評価を実施し，5分間の録画再生またはリアルタイム2面投影を視聴した後に再度唾液採取と評価を行う手順を2回繰り返す．この手順は，録画再生を先に視聴するかリアルタイムを先に視聴するかによって，パターンAとパターンBに分けられる．

The procedure of performing a mental arithmetic or maze task, followed by simultaneous salivary collection and KOKORO scale assessment, then viewing a 5-minute recorded playback or real-time two-screen projection and repeating the salivary collection and assessment, was conducted twice. This procedure was divided into Pattern A and Pattern B depending on whether the recorded playback or the real-time projection was viewed first.

・研究当日に体調不良を申し出た者
・乗り物酔いの症状が強く生じると予測される者

Individuals who did not provide consent for the purpose and procedures of this study.
Individuals using medications that affect the autonomic nervous system.
Individuals who reported poor health on the day of the study.
Individuals predicted to experience severe motion sickness.
