試験対象者はLIFE Study参加地域において自治体が実施する「特定保健指導（積極的支援および動機づけ支援）」および「重症化予防事業」の対象者のうち同意の得られた者とする。

Eligible participants shall be individuals who have provided consent, selected from among those targeted by the "Specific Health Guidance (Active Support and Motivational Support)" and the "Disease Severity Prevention Program," which are implemented by municipalities within the LIFE Study participating regions.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
「特定保健指導」対象者に対しては，既に生活習慣病（糖尿病・高血圧症・脂質異常症）の服薬中の者は適格基準として含まれない。また、75歳以上の者も、適格基準として含まれていない。その他の除外基準は設定しない。
「重症化予防事業」対象者に対しては、75歳以上の者は、介入内容の操作実施可能性の観点から、除外基準として設定する。なお、既に生活習慣病（糖尿病・高血圧症・脂質異常症）の服薬中の者は除外しない。

For Participants in the "Specific Health Guidance" Program:
Individuals already receiving medication for lifestyle-related diseases (diabetes, hypertension, or dyslipidemia) are not eligible for inclusion. Furthermore, individuals aged 75 or older are also not considered eligible. No other exclusion criteria will be set for this group.
For Participants in the "Disease Severity Prevention Program":
Individuals aged 75 or older are an exclusion criterion due to feasibility concerns regarding the implementation of the intervention. However, it should be noted that individuals already receiving medication for lifestyle-related diseases (diabetes, hypertension, or dyslipidemia) will not be excluded.
