選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
日本国内の医療機関（大学病院または基幹・地域中核病院）で、膵液コレクション（PFC：仮性嚢胞・被包化膵壊死など）の診療に携わり、EUSガイド下ドレナージ等の内視鏡的管理を実施している、またはその方針決定に関与していること

施設を代表する責任医（胆膵内視鏡を専門とする医師等）が、施設単位で回答できること

オンライン質問票に回答でき、研究参加に同意していること

調査期間内に回答が提出され、主要評価項目への回答が欠損なく得られること

Medical institutions in Japan (university hospitals or community/tertiary centers) that provide care for pancreatic fluid collections (PFCs: pseudocysts and/or walled-off necrosis) and perform or participate in decision-making regarding endoscopic management including EUS-guided drainage

One institution-level response provided by a responsible endoscopist (pancreatobiliary specialist)

Ability to complete the online questionnaire and provision of informed consent to participate

Submission within the survey period with no missing data in the primary outcome item

PFCに対する内視鏡的管理を実施しておらず、診療方針の決定にも関与していない施設

個人ベースの回答または同一施設からの重複回答（重複時は最新または最も完結した回答のみ採用）

主要項目に重大な欠損や明らかな論理矛盾を含む回答

調査期間外の提出、または研究参加への同意が得られない場合
